Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital provider in the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), which is a system of health and care partners working together for our local population.
Within Mid and South Essex there are 149 GP practices, operating from over 200 sites, forming 27 Primary Care Networks and one Ambulance Trust. There are also three main community and mental health service providers who work together through a community collaborative.
We collaborate with other valuable partners, including three Healthwatch organisations, nine voluntary and community sector organisations and three top tier local authorities, with seven district, borough and city councils, as well as our local universities.
Job overview
This is an exciting role within the Broomfield Governance Team helping to support Governance across the Broomfield Site and St. Andrews Tertiary Services (Burns, Plastics & Dermatology). We are a friendly team looking for someone who is keen to learn and develop.
The job involves management of PALS, using the DCIQ system frequently, supporting the team and the wider services we support
Main duties of the job
The role provides admin support to the Broomfield Governance Team, and the wider services we support. It involves concentration to ensure that systems are updated appropriately.
We are looking for someone with a good attention to detail, keen to learn and looking to be part of a friendly team.
Previous administrative experience an advantage, as is any experience working with the DCIQ system and Microsoft Office applications, however not a necessity. We are happy to train the right person.
