The role is critical in supporting the delivery of the Trust’s digital strategy and the strategic priorities in PAHT2030. Our new EHR is also critical to deliver our digital priorities in readiness for our new hospital. The role supports delivery of the correct security, personnel and locations required to ensure appropriate role based access access to our new EHR and reports to the responsible EHR Programme Manager, with whom they will agree their work plan and expected outcomes.

You'll be working across the organisational boundaries, influencing decisions where appropriate, negotiating areas of improvement, seeking agreement and co-operation; but always managing user expectations to ensure that they are aligned to the available resources.
