Job overview

Would you like to expand your digital communications skills in a busy and proactive team?

Then we have the role for you. You'll be eager to learn and bring fresh ideas, excellent writing skills and enthusiasm as the fifth member of our team. We'll support you to build your skills in social media, intranet and web, and design. It'll be a bonus if you love data as much as we do, as you'll be helping build objective-focused end-to-end campaigns based on performance data, and developing analytics reports to demonstrate our impact and effectiveness.

Main duties of the job

This role supports the digital media and marketing communications team with design, intranet and website administration, and social media and marketing campaigns. The postholder will gain insight and experience in:

·         Creating designs, following the Trust’s brand handbook, using the Adobe Cloud suite and preparing them for use as social media templates in Canva

·         Writing accessible, informative and engaging content, using plain English and following the Trust’s writing style guide, for internal and external audiences on our website and intranet, and for social media campaigns

·         Supporting and creating end-to-end, SMART objective-driven campaigns

·         Gathering data and producing analytics reports to clearly describe outcomes and impact of digital communications activities

Working for our organisation

Our ambition is to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and well being of our patients, and provide a vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.

We aim to make the most of our skills and experiences so we can become the best we can be. As one organisation we will recruit the finest and retain more specialist staff due to more employment opportunities across our Trust.
