To manage the Commercial & Trading Offices, ensuring all areas run at their optimum, as part of a job share.
Main duties of the job
- To manage the Trading office, creating and managing high standards of communications both internally and externally.
- To manage all purchases and invoices payable.
- To manage the administration assistant, ensuring the job specification and output meets the needs of the business.
- To be the point of contact for all suppliers and to ensure all resources are replenished.
- To ensure all communication from external stakeholder, including customers, is dealt with to the standard required.
- To assist in identifying and working with new suppliers with a view to improving efficiencies
- To ensure the Trading team deliver presentations and reports in a timely fashion.
- To work with the Trading team to ensure operations and projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.
- To organise meetings, events and conferences
- To assist with and facilitate HR requirements including vacancies, appraisals and training.
