Band 4

Our cultural ambition is to have a culture that places people at the heart of all we do, where we all belong, and where learning, improvement and excellence thrive.

Trosolwg o'r swydd

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Gynaecology team at Hampshire Hospitals as a Theatre Scheduler which plays a key administrative and coordination role in ensuring that patients receive timely surgical care. The postholder is responsible for managing the scheduling process for gynaecology theatres ensuring all procedures are booked efficiently, safely, and in line with clinical priorities and trust policies.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. The scheduler works closely with clinical teams including gynaecologists, nurses, operational managers, and theatre coordinators.

This post is 34 hours a week on a 12 month fixed term basis.
