Job overview
*PREVIOUS UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS PLEASE DO NOT APPLY*
It’s a time of change for all six teams in East Midlands and the ideal candidate will embrace change whilst contributing to better ways of working as the separate geographical teams move to working together more closely as a region. The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess organisational and IT literacy skills. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic, use their own initiative and are organised with a desire to support colleagues and resolve issues. Candidates will need to demonstrate the ability to prioritise their own workload and work unsupervised. The ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers is essential. An essential part of the role is quality data entry and data validation.
Most roles in SCW operate between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, with some roles having a requirement to cover an occasional Saturday morning shift 9am-12 noon.
*Please note, SCW staff that are in posts considered to be agile will not be expected to attend office space for general working but may be required on occasions to attend face to face meetings and collaborative working sessions that may require travel to a SCW base.*
Interviews to be conducted on Microsoft TEAMS
This role can be delivered in a flexible hybrid way with any travel, site visits or meetings arranged by agreement on a very occasional basis.
Main duties of the job
• The post requires inputting data and carrying out crucial data quality checks that support the Child Health Information Service outputs.
• Following systems that promote and support the continued development and improvement of data quality across Child Health Services.
• To accurately record births and create new referrals to Health Visiting Services.
• To liaise with stakeholders such as GP’s and Health Care Professionals.
• To accurately record immunisation and screening data for 0-19 year olds.

If you do experience a delay in the shortlisting stage of the recruitment cycle, please bear with us while this process is completed, and contact the named contact if you have any questions.
This role has been assessed against the eligibility requirements for a skilled worker visa, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to consider applications from individuals who require sponsorship due to the post being ineligible because the role does not meet the necessary salary thresholds.
