At WPL, we play an important role for the NHS, providing procurement and supply chain services to two of the largest acute NHS Trusts in Hampshire. You’ll be part of a dynamic like-minded team, and with over 60 employees working collaboratively across three sites, you'll have the opportunity to be challenged and take your career to the next level.

As a Stock Management Officer, you will work as part of a team to provide an efficient and reliable Materials Management Service throughout the Trust by setting up and maintaining stock profiles (including high value “non-stock” items procured directly from Suppliers), to meet clinical requirements. You will produce and analyse reports in order to recommend and persuade user departments to follow Trust initiatives such as Standardisation and Rationalisation programs. You will also act as an ambassador to the department in encouraging the development of supply chain solutions.

Gweithio i'n sefydliad

At WPL, we play a key role in supporting the NHS in Hampshire, delivering end-to-end procurement and supply chain services for University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust and Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a wholly owned subsidiary of both Trusts, WPL offers the opportunity to contribute to the wider NHS family and improve healthcare services across the region.

Our services include strategic sourcing, value creation, tendering, contract management, inventory oversight, distribution, and materials management across Southampton, Basingstoke, Winchester, and Andover. Joining WPL means being part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team, working alongside stakeholders to drive innovation, efficiency, and value.
