Job overview
The post Holder must coordinate and manage workstream projects as part of the Virtual Health Hub service and supporting work streams. The post holder will support, manage and motivate the team effectively in order to deliver business plans and support the programme through the delivery of professional, efficient and customer-focused services.
The post holder will be required to contribute to the programme plan and strategic planning. The post holder will assist the team in setting the strategic direction of the programme and maximising the quality and effectiveness of aligned commercial activity.
The post holder will aid in educating relevant internal and external stakeholders relevant to the project project/s
Main duties of the job
Virtual Health project implementation in conjunction with project partners.
Lead the implementation programme and change management.
Support communications and engagement strategy, designing and arranging events and activities as needed.
Liaise with the clinical divisions to ensure a robust implementation plan is developed to support an improvement plan embedded into the business culture.
Actively and sympathetically manage in consultation with Estate project lead on all aspects of the project impact on the delivery of core service.
Produce monthly or quarterly reports on all projects to ensure monitoring requirements are complied with.
Ensure project management paperwork is kept up to date and relevant to the programme.
Responsible for the smooth management of all projects assigned.
Monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the Virtual Health budget and manage expectations of all project stakeholders.
Assist in setting quality standards and success metrics to measure performance and improvement.
Establish and maintain effective links with Executive Directors, Divisional Managers, Professional Leads and senior staff to ensure that decision making is prompt and appropriate to meet the agreed levels of service being provided.

· Manage programme projects from point of concept through to delivery including analysis of highly complex systems, contractor proposal reviews and arranging complex shutdowns of clinical systems through negotiation.
· Manage contractors on site including site induction and day to day liaisons/ planning.
