Job overview
To work as part of a team supervised by HUCs PA/Lead Administrator, receiving patients and booking them into the Minor Injuries Unit and providing administration duties to clinical and non-clinical staff at Cheshunt Minor Injuries Unit.
Main duties of the job
• Assist in the opening and closing of the premises and reporting any IT/maintenance issues to the relevant department.
• Provide reception duties for patients.
• To ensure that patient confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
• Liaise closely with PA/Lead Administrator to ensure smooth and efficient operation of service.

Essential criteria
- Education to GCSE level, NVQ level 2 (or equivalent)
- Experience with database systems
- Flexible with an adaptable approach to learning new ways of working and positive attitude to training and development
- Able to work under pressure in a calm and patient manner
