You will be able to identify potential health concerns and initiate appropriate referrals or investigations to optimise patients for surgery.

The post holder will provide clear, compassionate education to patients and carers regarding the surgical pathway and perioperative care.

You will also work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support timely and safe surgical planning.

Within your role, you will contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audit activities, and development of clinical guidelines.
