Clinically assess NHS 111 Category 2 ambulance dispositions and determine the most appropriate next steps for each case.
-
Liaise with onsite paramedics and support teams to ensure effective communication and coordinated patient management.
-
Exercise independent clinical judgment to stand down or downgrade ambulance responses where appropriate.
-
Maintain accurate, concise clinical documentation in accordance with governance and quality standards.
-
Contribute to continuous service improvement, operational safety, and effective patient flow across urgent care pathways.
