We currently have an opportunity for Band 3 - Clerical Assistant Blood Transfusion Tracker.
The post-holder will work as part of the Hospital Transfusion Team to provide support for collection of paperwork issued with blood products that must be legally returned to the Transfusion laboratory as proof of transfusion.

Main duties of the job
The duties and responsibilities of the post holder are to be an effective member of the Hospital Transfusion team and aiding Lead Transfusion practitioner/Transfusion practitioner in maintaining compliance to the Blood Safety and Quality Regulations.
The successful candidate will be a good communicator, organised, work well under pressure, be adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks.
