Educated to master’s degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience
SystmOne Accreditation

Experience and Knowledge

Essential criteria

Extensive SystmOne experience, including leading on high profile projects and engaging effectively with stakeholders
Experience communicating effectively, including through written reports and presentations for senior audiences
Line management experience

Skills & Abilities

Essential criteria

Proficient in managing and maintaining clinical and digital systems
Ability to interpret and analyse highly complex information related to the options and outcomes available for the delivery of system solutions and choices available as well as system testing and audits

As a Senior Assessor, you have the opportunity to focus on delivering direct care. Furthermore, if you have the relevant experience and skills, you can take on an additional responsibility. We limit this to one responsibility to allow for focused time on that topic, rather than having your time stretched too thinly. When taking on an additional responsibility, your case volume is reduced, making time available for this focused time.

For Senior Assessors, additional responsibility options include supporting more complex cases, ensuring quality assurance, providing training, facilitating family engagement, and contributing to pathway development.
