Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Promoting Safe Services (PSS) Team for a Clinical In-Reach and Training Manager.

As part of the Promoting Safe Services (PSS) management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the training team to ensure delivery of essential, high-quality training programmes designed to

At KMPT, we are serious about diversity and inclusion, and we are working hard to build this into our DNA. Main duties of the job

  • The post holder will be required to demonstrate that they are able to uphold KMPT Trust values at all times, representing the organisation in a number of external forums.
  • The post holder will work clinically with MDT teams supporting individual patients that present with dysregulated, distressed and harmful behaviours through a positive behaviour framework.
  • There will be a focus on reducing restrictive practices whilst providing expert advice, practical leadership and coaching on strategies that can enhance the lives of the people we support.

The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
