Are you an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for excellent customer service? We are looking for a Medical Secretary to join our Clinical Assessment Service, supporting clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care. This varied and rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference by providing a professional, responsive and efficient service to patients, colleagues and healthcare partners.
Based in Medway, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including processing clinical correspondence, maintaining patient records and databases, supporting clinic administration and responding to enquiries from patients, clinicians and external healthcare providers. You will review and amend clinical letters generated through our digital dictation system, ensuring they are accurate and ready for distribution. You will also support referrals, imaging requests, MDT outcomes and patient information management, helping services run smoothly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, can prioritise competing demands and deliver excellent customer service.

You'll be adaptable, reliable and committed to continuous improvement. In return, you'll join a supportive team where your skills and commitment to excellent customer service will make a meaningful contribution to patient care.
If you enjoy building positive relationships, solving problems and keeping processes organised, we would love to hear from you.
