It’s time for a new challenge with Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust in the Garden of England where we combine exceptional professional development opportunities with tremendous quality of life. Main duties of the job
This is a 10 PA per working week post within the Dartford/Swanley locality.
The post holder will have a joint caseload with other clinicians in the team. They will be expected to work with other clinicians in keeping with the trust Lone Working Policy.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
Desirable criteria
- MRCPsych OR a specialist qualification from an EU country that complies with EU directive 2005/36/EU.
Eligibility
Essential criteria
- Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise.
Desirable criteria
- In good standing with GMC with respect to warnings and conditions on practice.
- Approved under S12 OR able to achieve with 6 months of appointment
Transport
Essential criteria
- Holds and will use valid UK driving licence OR provides evidence of proposed alternative
Clinical skills, knowledge and experience
Essential criteria
- At least 4 years postgraduate experience, including at least 2 years in core psychiatry training programme
- Good knowledge in specialty
- Good clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
Desirable criteria
