Job overview
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Administrator who has a strong sense of initiative and an excellent team working ability to join our Mental Health Together team.
Mental Health Together is a new service to improve the way people are supported with their mental health in the community. It gives people faster access to care that is more personalised, with support from one place so someone won’t deal with lots of different organisations for each part of the help they are offered.

Please visit Mental Health Together for more information about the service.
The team comprises consultant psychiatrists, community psychiatric nurses, occupational therapists, psychologists, support workers and administrative staff and many more.
Main duties of the job
- Be the friendly voice answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Manage the team's schedule, efficiently booking appointments for our service users.
- Prepare and meticulously maintain clinical records and correspondence.
- Processing referrals received to the service.
- Assisting clinical staff with administrative tasks required to support the team.
