Main duties of the job
To work with the safeguarding team providing support to the multiagency safeguarding hub (MASH).
To provide administrative support to the MASH health representative and MASH processes, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
To ensure the service user is at the centre of everything you do delivering quality and value.
To develop and maintain information sharing and storage systems and support members of team with the collection, of data and information required to monitor service performance

MCH is considering merging with Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT). If the merger goes ahead, the proposed transfer date is 30th September 2026 and this role will be subject to TUPE transfer to KCHFT

Essential criteria
- Good Team Worker
- A Levels or experience of a range of office procedures for 2-3 years
- Experience of maintaining systems to store information
- IT skills to include Microsoft packages
- Disposition, adjustment, attitude and commitment
- Ability to work autonomously
- MCH values
Desirable criteria
- NVQ3 in Business admin/customer care
- Previous experience in healthcare

Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
