Hr Manager - Band 7
£53,751 - £60,651 Inclusive of HCAS
Please note hybrid working is available however there is a requirement for the successful candidate to attend the HR office in addition to various BHC estates as required.
Main duties of the job
You will provide day-to-day support to the HR Business Partner and work closely with the Employee Relations team, to manage a complex employee relations workload and ensure matters are dealt with in a timely manner. You will also act as the line manager for an HR Assistant and HR Advisor.

- Significant in-depth experience of general HR/people management in an NHS setting
- Significant employee relations experience or equivalent, including management of change
- Detailed and up to date specialist knowledge of employment legislation, best practice and policy/process across all areas of HR
- Experience of workplace mediation
- Experience of using data and trend analysis to inform advice
