Job overview

The post holder will work flexibly across a range of community reception desks, providing a welcoming, professional and efficient first point of contact for patients, visitors, clinical teams and partner services.
The role will involve receiving and directing patients, managing telephone and email enquiries, booking patients in on arrival, arranging follow-up appointments, updating patient information on Trust systems and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of reception areas.
