CONTINUING CARE TEAM ADMINISTRATOR
Band 3 (Temporary for 18 months)
Full time – Mon-Fri 9-5
NHS Blackpool Clinical Commissioning Group is a fully authorised CCG responsible for the full range of CCG statutory duties and powers. We are a membership organisation consisting of the 22 GP practices in Blackpool, and our aim is to improve the health of the people of Blackpool and reduce health inequalities through strong, clinically-led commissioning of high quality healthcare services.
A full time opportunity has become available in our Continuing Care (CHC) Team for 2 x Band 3 Team Administrators, who will provide support to the CHC Finance Administrator.
The role includes being the first point of contact via telephone for CHC Team; inputting data onto the Broadcare database, processing invoices; drafting correspondence to a variety of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation; ordering stationery, and general office support to the busy team. We are looking for someone who is a good team-player, proficient using a variety of IT systems, good general office skills, and is able to work to deadlines.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
