Job overview
The Bay Network is looking for a driven, inspirational and motivational Deputy Admin Lead who will support the development of the admin and clerical services providing line management and developing highly efficient administrative workforce. The post holder will be innovative and forward thinking.
The post holder’s role will focus on the Community Mental Health and Inpatients admin teams within the Mental Health Network promoting cross team working and support. The Bay Network covers Lancaster, Morecambe, South Lakes and Furness and the current vacancy will be based in Murley Moss Business Park, Kendal with travel to other admin service offices within the Network.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, servicer users, visitors and carers in a professional manner.

The post holder’s role will focus on the Urgent Care and Inpatient service line admin teams within the Mental Health Network promoting cross team working and support. The Bay Network covers Lancaster, Morecambe, South Lakes and Furness and the current vacancy will be based in Barrow with travel to other admin service offices within the Network.
The post holder will be creative with an inclusive approach towards problem solving and service development. Will act with integrity and the strictest confidentiality at all times.
The post Holder will lead on managing, co-ordinating and ensuring cross cover of Network reception services.
