The post holder will provide admin support to the Board and/or its sub-Committees, including securing room bookings, drafting agendas and compiling and circulating paper packs. Accurate formal minutes will need to be produced, and action plans and bring forward systems kept updated.
Other tasks involved with the role include supporting a Board service visits programme, maintaining registers such as declarations of interests and hospitality, and maintaining the corporate governance web presence.
