An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of our Organisational Development team, Wellbeing and Inclusion team, with the focus on providing support to the team with general administration.
You will provide a wide team with administrative support for the variety of services that we offer. You will assist with the coordination of the annual and quarterly staff surveys, team development interventions, culture and wellbeing work, leadership development and our coaching network. This role includes plenty of variety, which will provide you will the opportunity to connect with individuals and teams across the organisation.

You will enjoy the challenge of having a variety of projects; have outstanding administrative and organisation skills and experience of providing excellent project coordination.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
The main duties of this role include; programme administration, registering participants, booking rooms, fielding enquiries, creating and sending out evaluations, screening applications to programmes, promoting our various services and offers to the organisation (including producing flyers and sharing on social media) and maintaining our intranet page.
Provide a comprehensive, customer focused and efficient administration service, supporting the OD, wellbeing, diversity and inclusion and experience and retention work areas, in assisting the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.

- NVQ/Diploma level 3 in Administration or equivalent experience
- Evidence of competence in Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
