We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our Mandatory Training Team as a Clinical Education Administration / Digital Support Officer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the Trust’s mandatory training provision, helping staff access high-quality learning and development opportunities. You’ll be part of a dynamic team working to improve training delivery and digital learning resources across the organisation.
This post will be based at Minerva Health Centre and will be required to meet and greet at other LSCFT sites providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will possess:
Previous administration experience supporting a busy team
Ability to manage time and workload effectively, working to deadlines with limited supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Ability to be dynamic, speedy and accurate whilst remaining calm under pressure
Provide cover for the Deputy Mandatory Training Manager and supervise other admin members of the team
Assist in the designing of e-learning products and support the implementation of the software
Establish and nurture effective working relationships with managers at all levels, both internally and externally, by communicating clearly and professionally, while consistently upholding high standards of customer care
Organise a weekly rota for administrative staff to ensure reception duties are covered at designated Trust sites when required
Work on LMSX a training platform to ensure compliance of staff
Technical know how and be passionate about learning as you will play a key role in supporting our Learning Management System (LMSX), ensuring training compliance, managing course bookings, building new digital learning content, and troubleshooting system issues to maintain a smooth and effective user experience
