We’re all about improving staff engagement and as a result of our successful staff engagement work we’re now expanding our team and introducing this new role. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and innovative practitioner to help us implement our staff engagement plans. In particular, you will play a key role in helping us to roll out our team engagement and development programme and manage our staff survey. This is a varied role so you have significant variety, opportunity and challenge. If you have experience of team development, facilitation and staff engagement then we’d like to hear from you.
You will report to and work alongside the Head of Engagement, Recognition and Retention to lead on implementing projects and interventions in line with the engagement plan so that our workforce have a positive experience of work, feel engaged with their team and our vision, want to go the extra mile and build their future with us.
As part of the role you will be required to work with teams across the organisation. You will play a key role in providing advice and guidance about our team development programme and online system. You will be coaching and supporting managers as well as facilitating team development and engagement.
You will also be supporting our staff survey by working alongside the Head of Engagement, Recognition and Retention to plan and prepare communications, facilitate briefing sessions and focus groups, support managers to complete engagement plans and develop resources and guides.
Ideally you will have experience of coaching or mentoring, team coaching and you will be confident at using multimedia and social media technologies. Strong communication skills would also be of benefit; being able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels and using different communication channels.
