Job overview

To work as part of the One LSC Recruitment Team in the provision of a professional and comprehensive recruitment service to all Partner Trusts, with a focus on BTH and LTH partners. 

To be a key contact for recruiting managers in the Trust for advice, queries, support and guidance. You will be responsible for delivering and end to end recruitment service.

Knowledge & Experience

Essential criteria
  • Proven experience of working with spreadsheets/databases/systems
  • Demonstrable experience of working as part of a team
  • Capable of working within procedural guidelines
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering effective customer service
Desirable criteria
  • Previous recent experience of recruitment
  • Working knowledge of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR)
  • Working knowledge of Trac and NHS Jobs system.
  • Understanding of recruitment check standards
