Communication Liaison Officer

We are looking to recruit a Band 3 Communication Liaison Officer to be the first point of access for our comprehensive referral management support into Integrated Scheduled Adult Nursing Services within HMR Community Services.
You will be responsible for accepting and directing referral requests and enquiries to the relevant teams, departments and health and social care agencies.
You will hold an IT qualification or relevant experience and be educated to NVQ level 3 or similar level of experience. You will possess keyboard and data inputting skills and have experience of working within a customer care environment.
