We are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn new skills and is passionate about helping people.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Paediatric Therapies teams.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be working across the Fylde Coast within the Paediatric Admin Therapy Teams.  It is important the post holder is able to work flexibly, using their own initiative and organisational skills to complete tasks.

The post holder will provide and maintain a high quality secretarial, administration and information service to the Paediatric Therapy teams, acting as a central reference point to all staff within the service including clinicians/managerial staff, Trust stakeholders and clients. The role comprises of a wide range of specific duties and requires competence in keyboard skills, communication and organisational skills. An ability to understand the need for and to maintain confidentiality is essential.

An essential part of the role is the ability to manage and prioritise own workload without direct supervision.
