Detailed job description and main responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated. dedicated Rehabilitation Ward Manager, with experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in delivering high quality rehabilitation and patient centred care. Skilled in clinical leadership, staff development, discharge planning and operational management within a fast paced healthcare environment. The ward is a 24 bedded, mixed sex, rehabilitation ward and we care for individuals recovering from illness, injury, surgery or long term health needs.
