The CRHTT is crucial in delivering urgent crisis resolution and timely treatment to service users by assessing their needs and caring for them in the least restrictive environment. The service will also ensure effective gatekeeping of all service users referred to the service for admission to Hospital.
Due to service re-development, an exciting opportunity has arisen within Barnet Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (BCRHTT) for Band 7 Clinical Lead posts. The post will be both shift working and office based between Monday- Friday 9-5 P.M to provide management cover where required.
The Barnet CRHTT is a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week service which provides urgent care for people experiencing mental health crisis as an alternative to hospital admission.
