JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing a comprehensive high quality resident focussed service to tenants
· Implement key worker residential accommodation policies & processes
· Set up payment procedures & lodge/return of deposits.
· Implement compliant tenancy agreements /Licences & sign up procedures in accordance with current legislation, RFC and trust input
· Implement Inventory policy.
· Ensure the project complies with all trust policies and procedures.
· Develop and implement change control procedures
· Track and report achievement and status
· Overseeing the management of risks and, ensuring that there is a defined risk management process and risk register, with a process for identifying and escalating risks, as appropriate.

- Housing Qualifications. Foundation Degree, NVQ level 4 or Higher National Diploma
- GCSE Maths and English GCSE or equivalent

Experience

- Significant experience of working in HMO/ key worker/student housing
- Experience of developing and maintaining professional relationships with a variety of individuals and stakeholders
- Previous administrative and organisational experience

- Courses / further study attended to demonstrate evidence of personal development
