Shop Manager

NLH 4

Job overview

Our North London Hospice Retail shops raise over £2 million each year to support patients with life-limiting illnesses and we’re proud of the role our retail teams play in helping us provide care every day.

We’re expanding our charity shop network with brand-new shops in Camden and Haringey – and we’re looking for dynamic Shop Managers to take the helm of one of these vibrant new locations. This is your chance to run a thriving retail hub at the heart of the community, where every sale directly supports the care we provide to local patients and their families.

In this role, you’ll drive sales, maximise donations, and create a welcoming space for customers, volunteers, and staff alike. You’ll lead and inspire a small team, including an Assistant Manager and a dedicated group of volunteers, ensuring the shop hits its financial and operational targets while staying safe and efficient. You’ll also shape the shop’s look and feel, manage stock and pricing, and engage with the local community to build lasting connections.

This is more than retail management – it’s an opportunity to combine your commercial expertise with a real sense of purpose. If you’re ready to lead, motivate, and make a tangible difference in Camden or Haringey, we love to hear from you.
