Croydon Health Service 0-19 Public health Nursing service is on a transformation journey. At the heart of the transformation is improving outcomes for babies, children and families. This role is integral to improving quality and raising standards across the service, and impact on improving outcomes.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be facilitating and coordinating improvements across the 0-19 Public Health Nursing Service, affecting patient care and service delivery.  

The post holder will focus on the development of strong internal communications and innovations that would enable staff to feel informed, engaged and empowered to deliver Quality Improvement to support a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and inclusivity.

The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.   • Proven experience of operational management and service improvement
  • Experience of Service improvement in the NHS
  • Educated to degree level or level of experience
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of using statistical data
  • Experience of using questionnaire design packages
  • Familiarity with clinical terminology

  • Ability to work in a very demanding team, producing quality work and prioritising as appropriate.
