Team Administrator

Band 3, Part Time - 22.50 hours per week

We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our Children’s Physiotherapy Service at Crystal Children’s Development Centre. This role provides vital administrative and reception support to a busy community physiotherapy team supporting children and families across Croydon.

The post is 22.5 hours per week, permanent, and will suit someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Main duties of the job

• Act as the first point of contact for families, carers, and professionals, providing a welcoming and professional reception service.
• Manage telephone calls, appointment bookings, and clinic schedules using EMIS and other NHS systems.
• Provide accurate data entry, clinic preparation, and patient record management.
• Handle patient information in line with confidentiality and governance standards.
• Support clinicians with general administration including correspondence, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Assist in collating data for audits and service reports.
• Work flexibly to support the smooth running of the service, including occasional cross-cover for colleagues.

The Trust was formed on 1st August 2010 through the integration of Croydon Community Health Services and Mayday Healthcare NHS Trust.
