Would you like an opportunity to join our exciting and innovative Child & Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) service? 

We are looking for an experienced team administrator who has worked in a similar senior admin role. They will provide effective and efficient administration support for our schools team SCAS (School CAMHS Access Service) located in 67 High Street North, Dunstable LU6 1JF; to contribute to the smooth functioning of the systems underpinning this vital service.

Main duties of the job

This is a part-time post (15 hours) over Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 9.30am til 2.30pm. Based within a busy environment, the post holder will have responsibility for providing a confidential, professional, efficient and responsive administrative support including referrals coming into the service including supporting the lead, collating figures and producing reports. This post will also include minimal reception duties when necessary.

The post holder will be need to be professional, well-organised, team orientated, experienced and highly motivated to join our multi-disciplinary team.

Essential criteria
  • English & Math’s GCSE or equivalent Certificates in using Microsoft applications ECDL or equivalent NVQ Admin

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Advanced Administration Skills at a senior level
  • Administration System management Compiling reports through data analysis
  • Health/Social Care patient information systems
  • Practical applications of all MS Office products
  • Reception duties in a Health or Social Care setting
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Skills

  • System administration of Health or Social care - Electronic Case Management - Database systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Proven ability to manage programs of work & meet deadlines
