Job overview
Part Time vacancy 22.5 hours per week (3 days)
To support the work of the London Breast Screening Administrative Hub team by accurate, efficient and timely execution of essential operational activities that support the Hub Call centre and all related administration functions, under the lead of the Office Manager/Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager.

Main duties of the job
To deliver on the administration function related to the call centre including a close collaboration with external breast screening services within the Pan London structure.
To liaise closely with Administration Team Leaders to ensure integration of functions and facilitate the provision of cover for periods of short-term absence.
To be fully competent in all administration functions required by the London Breast screening Administrative Hub.
All senior Admin Officers are expected to develop the knowledge and ability to provide cover for key elements of each others’ work. The specific elements to be covered by each Senior Administration Officer will be specified by the Office Manager and Team Leader, who will also arrange appropriate training.
To deliver support services that is in line with the Trust and NHS Breast Screening Programme guidelines and targets.
Within the given area of responsibility to use experience and judgement to provide appropriate advice and guidance, referring to the Team Leaders as necessary. To work within a shift pattern including weekends and late evenings to cover the Hub telephone call centre and admin tasks.
