Job overview
We are seeking to recruit highly motivated and experienced MRI Cardiac Radiographer with Siemens Experience. The post holder would need to be flexible, adaptable to change, prepared to embrace workforce developments and contribute to efficient service delivery through the highest standards of safe, kind and compassionate care.
The post holder will work closely with the MRI Lead and Cardiology Lead to develop the service.
You will also play a key role in setting up the new cardiac MRI service, so in depth knowledge is essential. We are currently refurbishing the Epsom MRI unit and will have a Siemens Sola 1.5T installed in the Summer. We also have GE 1.5T Artist.
Main duties of the job

You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including cardiologists, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals—to provide accurate and timely imaging that supports diagnostic decision-making.
In addition to your cardiac MRI expertise, this role requires you to perform general MRI examinations, making comprehensive MRI experience essential.
Working for our organisation
St George’s, Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals and Health Group cares for a population of four million people in South West London and North East Surrey. Our sites include St George’s Hospital, one of 11 major trauma centres in the UK and the largest healthcare provider and major teaching hospital in the area; St Helier Hospital, home to the South West Thames Renal and Transplantation Unit and Queen Mary's Hospital for Children; and Epsom Hospital, home to the South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre (SWLEOC).
