CLCH West Herts Respiratory Team - CLCH NHS Trust provides a range of Community Services, & the Hertfordshire Division is recruiting!
Are you a Physiotherapist looking to move beyond the traditional ward setting & into a high-impact, multidisciplinary specialist service?
As the team is growing, we are seeking a passionate & motivated Physiotherapist to join our friendly, PRSAS-accredited service. This is a role for a clinician who wants to deliver expert respiratory intervention across a massive clinical breadth.

Education/Qualification
Essential criteria
- Physiotherapy Degree qualification or equivalent
- Current AHP with UK HCPC registration
- Teaching / Mentorship qualification or equivalent experience
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working with respiratory patients
- Experience of working within acute or community setting.
- With knowledge of relevant of National guidelines in Respiratory
- Demonstrates ability to develop new initiatives.
- Demonstrates ability to managing change
Skills and Knowledge
Essential criteria
- Good effective communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to make decisions and prioritise actions.
- Evidence of expertise in clinical skills
- Experience of teaching others.
- A working knowledge of clinical governance and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to learn new skills and develop skills in physical assessment, spirometry, developing self-management action plans, capillary blood gas sampling, Feno.
- Sound working knowledge of guidelines in the field of respiratory care.

Essential criteria
- Hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010)

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
