We are seeking compassionate, bright and committed and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our excellent teams on Eastlake and Ferneley Wards at Northwick Park Adult Acute Services. Rated by The Care Quality Commission (CQC) as Good, we wish to recruit Nurses who embody the core values of Central and Northwest London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) Compassion, Respect, Empowerment and Partnership. We are dedicated to providing the best care for our Service Users during their inpatient stay and as such, our Wards are at the forefront of implementing Trauma Informed Approaches to Mental Health Care in the Trust.
As a Clinical Team Leader, you will work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team and be responsible for delivering evidence based interventions to service users in acute crisis. You will be highly skilled in supporting their recovery and working with service users experiencing high levels of distress and disturbance. You will work as Unit Coordinator, providing leadership and senior nursing support to the teams out of hours.
CNWL provide excellent opportunities for learning and development, and as a Band 6 Clinical Team Leader you will be well supported through preceptorship, supervision, and training.
