This post offers the opportunity to work in a level 2 Neonatal Unit and an exciting new development of a transitional care ward based in the postnatal ward. We are seeking highly motivated nurses to compliment our neonatal and transitional care team. As part of the team, you will assess, plan, evaluate and implement care for a group of babies in the special care, high dependency and transitional care. You will also be responsible for maintaining standards on the unit alongside with your other nursing colleague in the team.
Our Neonatal Unit has the capacity of 5 intensive care, 3 high dependency and 12 special care cots. We have expertise to provide high quality care to babies with Intensive care, high dependency and special care. We are passionate about developmental care and are committed to train and development future nurses.
Our exciting development in the Neonatal Unit of a 6 bedded New Transitional Care service based on the postnatal ward will further enhance your experience in nursing low risk special care babies who requires minimal medical intervention.
