The 4 Specialty Doctors/Post-CCT Fellows participate in a 1:4 full shift rota, providing Senior Registrar-level night cover alongside another registrar and two SHOs, with a non-resident consultant on call after 22:00.
Example weekly structure:
Combination of theatres, clinics, SPA, and ‘Advice and Guidance’ sessions, including regular night shifts (fixed weekday and weekend nights).
