We are looking to appoint people who are as passionate about high quality care as we are with a passion to work in our Integrated Discharge Hub, NELFT.
Barking & Dagenham, Havering & Redbridge Integrated Discharge Hub (BHR IDH) is based in Goodmayes Hospital to provide high quality service to all patients who are 18 + and clinically safe to be discharged from hospital. The expectation of the service is to reduce the length of stay for people in acute care, to improve people’s outcomes following a period of rehabilitation and recovery and minimise the need for long-term care at the end of a person’s rehabilitation.
