    We currently have exciting Nurse Vacancies available in our services.

    Our teams are spread across Tower Hamlet, offering a range of services tailored to meet the needs of individuals throughout their lifespan. We have opportunities available in various settings, including:

    - **Inpatient Wards**: Engage in a supportive environment focused on patient recovery.
      - **Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)**: Work with individuals requiring acute care and individualized support.
      - **Working Age Services**: Provide care and support to adults in their working years.
      - **Older Persons Services**: Make a meaningful impact in the lives of elderly patients needing specialized mental health care.

Essential criteria
  • •Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Working with people with mental health problems/ learning disabilities
  • Managing challenging and aggressive behaviour.
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience of providing individualized and culturally sensitive care.

Knowledge and Skills

Essential criteria
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
  • Minimizing clinical risk and reducing restrictive practices.
  • Able to manage time so that deadlines are met.
  • Ability to recognise stress.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Able to work sensitively and compassionately with patients.
  • Emotional Intelligence and Personal Resilience
  • To have knowledge of Mental Health presentations and appropriate interventions.
  • NMC Code of Conduct.
