Maternity Admin Team Coordinator (Leader)

Trosolwg o'r swydd

This position is based within the Womens and children’s Academic Group, and will be based at Newham University Hospital but will be required to visit the community centre often to support the admin team. This is a busy and dynamic service where we put patients at the centre of the care that we provide.

The successful candidate will require excellent communication and organisational skills and possess a positive can-do attitude, preferably with previous administrative experience.

The role involves providing support to the Outpatient administrators  , updating the Antenatal / Community rota , Eroster and I Point , dealing with the day to day issues that may arise , attend meetings , be prepared to cover any gaps within the Outpatient clinics , collate information for weekly PTL meetings , work closely with the Inpatient Team leader , cross cover with the community team leader if required  .
