Senior Clinical Fellow - Paediatrics and Neonatology

NHS Medical & Dental: Senior Clinical Fellow

Job overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Senior Clinical Fellows to join our General Paediatric Departments across three acute West London Children's Healthcare (WLCH) sites. Senior Clinical Fellows will rotate through all three main WLCH sites, gaining broad experience in a combination of acute/general paediatrics, neonatology, Paediatric HDU, emergency medicine and subspecialty clinics.

These posts suit doctors outside a training programme or trainees seeking out-of-programme experience and SPIN opportunities.

Depending on placement, post holders will gain experience in general paediatrics and relevant subspecialties, with opportunities in Paediatric HDU (Chelsea & Westminster) and Neonatology (West Middlesex). Each post is tailored to individual career goals, with access to training equivalent to that offered to senior paediatric trainees.

The opportunity to be involved across multiple Paediatric and Neonatal specialties and multiple hospital sites is a unique offer for doctors wishing to develop their skillset in various aspects of Paediatric and Neonatal care.

Post holders will work within established teams to deliver high-quality care and contribute to clinical service, teaching, audit and research activities.

Applicant preferences will be taken into account in determining placements
