Job overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Service Now Configuration Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and a proven track record of configuring and customizing the Service Now platform to meet the Trust’s requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into Service Now solutions.

Main duties of the job

Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet the Trust's needs

- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with our goals

- Develop and maintain configuration documentation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and test new configurations

- Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues

- Stay current on industry best practices and new features of the ServiceNow platform
