Job overview
Recruitment/Retention payment of £3,000 for new starters who are external to the Trust. This is payable in 2 instalments over a 24 month period. Terms and conditions apply to the scheme, in relation to repayment should you leave within a 24 month period.

Where You’ll Work We have exciting Band 5 nursing vacancies across our renowned adolescent units:
· Maudsley Adolescent Unit – Maudsley Hospital (currently on the Bethlem site)
· Bethlem Adolescent Unit – Bethlem Royal Hospital
· CAMHS PICU – Bethlem Royal Hospital

Main duties of the job

We are looking for highly skilled and enthusiastic Band 5 nurses to work within our multi professional team. This is an exciting role and one that gives you the opportunity to work children and young people to develop your therapeutic relationships with patients.

- Experience of research-based/reflective practice, e.g. understanding and ability to use supervision to reflect on skills, attitude and knowledge and develop these by using evidence based practice.
- Knowledge of relevant Professional and clinical supervision

- Experience of shift co-ordination
- Experience of supervising and mentoring junior staff and students.
