Main duties of the job

·     Manage a small team of automation developers and business analysts, identifying opportunities for automation and benefits realisation.

·     Prioritise team deliverables and adoption of new technologies and tools, in-line with Trust objectives.

·     Measure and track the benefits realised to report to the Head of Data Systems on efficiencies made.

·     Strong communication skills working with heads of departments and services as stakeholders to further develop a strong reputation for the automation team.

·     Keen interest and understanding of the latest automation technology available and the technical complexities with adoption, particularly within a healthcare setting.

·     Ability to lead the professional development of the team, maintaining high and consistent standards of processes and documentation.
