UCL is both an Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre and a Cancer Research UK Centre, and the NIHR UCLH Clinical Research Facility (http://www.uclhospitals.brc.nihr.ac.uk/crf/national-institute-health-researchwellcome-uclh-clinical-research-facility) is supported by the NIHR and Cancer Research UK. There are close links between the CRF and the UCL Cancer Institute (http://www.ucl.ac.uk/cancer/) providing excellent opportunities for translational research projects linked to drug development.
